Facilitated by Simona Gonella, the course is structured in three modules, available on demand, and priced at €100. It is designed for professionals who want to strengthen presence, relationships, and responses under pressure.
The Course in the Practice of Feedback builds practical skills to give, receive, and use feedback effectively. The training is offered on demand, includes 11 boosters released weekly, and is priced at €100. Facilitated by Susan Ying, the course helps participants handle sensitive conversations with clarity and turn feedback into a shared operational habit across teams.
