Wolfson Group Leverages ECRM to Expand U.S. Retail Presence Beyond Amazon

Wolfson Group, a Scotland-based international consumer wellness company, is taking a significant step to expand its presence in the United States by participating in the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session from September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The event connects brands with buyers from major health, specialty, food, drug, and mass-market retail channels, offering Wolfson Group a platform to advance its U.S. retail expansion strategy.

Currently, Wolfson Group has a U.S. presence primarily through Amazon. However, the company aims to broaden its reach by securing additional online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores. "Amazon has given our brands an important foundation in the U.S. market, but we see a much larger opportunity ahead," said Scott Dingwall, Founder and CEO of Wolfson Group. "The next step is expanding where consumers can find us, and ECRM gives us the opportunity to sit down with retailers across multiple channels and explore where our portfolio can fit."

The company's portfolio includes established wellness brands such as PhenQ, TestoPrime, NooCube, and YourBiology, spanning categories like weight management, cognitive wellness, gut health, and men's wellbeing. These brands are already available to U.S. consumers via Amazon, but Wolfson Group seeks to translate its digital commerce experience into a broader omnichannel presence.

The ECRM format facilitates scheduled, focused meetings between brands and retailers, allowing Wolfson Group to introduce its portfolio while gaining insights into the needs of individual retail channels. For Dingwall, these conversations are about more than securing distribution points; they are an opportunity to understand how established international brands can best serve U.S. retailers and their customers. "Every retail channel is different, and that's one of the reasons these meetings are valuable," Dingwall said. "We can have direct conversations about what buyers are seeing, what their customers are looking for and how our brands might complement their existing wellness offerings. Those insights are important as we build our U.S. strategy for the long term."

This move matters because it reflects a growing trend among international wellness brands to pursue omnichannel strategies in the U.S., one of the world's largest consumer markets. By expanding beyond Amazon, Wolfson Group aims to increase brand visibility and accessibility, potentially intensifying competition in the wellness sector. The company's broader U.S. growth plans include expanding retail relationships, strengthening distribution, and building consumer awareness. The September meetings are a critical step in developing partnerships necessary to extend its reach beyond its current Amazon presence.

Wolfson Group's goal is to build a U.S. presence that combines the reach of digital commerce with the accessibility and visibility of a broader retail footprint. As the wellness market continues to evolve, the company's success in these retail meetings could signal opportunities for other international brands seeking to enter or expand in the U.S. market.
