WebCE Wins Gold Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year, Highlighting Human-Centric Customer Service

WebCE has been awarded a Gold Stevie Award in the Contact Center of the Year category at the 20th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This marks the company's first Gold win and fifth overall Stevie Award in this category, following Silver wins in 2025 and 2024 and Bronze wins in 2023 and 2022. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize top achievements in customer service, contact center, business development, and sales globally.

The WebCE Support Services team was praised by Stevie judges for delivering "exceptional people-first service at national scale, combining speed and trust to create consistently outstanding customer experiences." In an industry increasingly leaning toward AI integration and outsourcing, WebCE's approach was described as "contrarian." Instead of relying on automation, the company invests in a rigorous training regimen for each representative, enabling them to provide live, personalized support to 1.5 million customers navigating complex compliance requirements. A single representative can handle inquiries across 22 licenses and certifications without call transfers, scripts, or rigid time limits.

"Our support team is the heartbeat of WebCE, proving that, in an increasingly automated world, the ultimate competitive advantage is genuine human connection," said Director of Support Services Jordan Smith. "I am incredibly proud to see their dedication recognized."

The judges also highlighted WebCE's "impressive average speed of answer results." Between 2023 and 2025, the company reduced its average time to answer incoming customer calls by 14 seconds to just 29 seconds. This efficiency lowered the call abandonment rate to 1.5%, significantly outperforming the 5% industry standard. Customer satisfaction also soared, with the team earning a 95% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), far exceeding the industry average of 74%, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

"Excellent job by WebCE Support Services in delivering personalized, knowledgeable, and timely customer care, achieving outstanding satisfaction, recommendation, and response metrics," the judges said. "WebCE is clearly a leading contact center."

The Stevie Awards received more than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes across 41 nations and territories. Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 professionals on eight specialized judging committees. Entries spanned over 100 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year. Additional categories covered sales, business development, and AI in sales and customer service.

Winners will be celebrated at a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on March 5. The list of Stevie winners in all categories is available at https://sales.stevieawards.com/. More information about WebCE can be found at www.WebCE.com.
