Teton Expeditions is relaunching in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with a new campaign called 'See It Together' that aims to reshape how multi-generational families experience Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The company, re-founded by Jeff Tibbitts and Evan Toal, brings over 50 combined years of guiding expertise to offer half-day and full-day guided wildlife tours designed for small groups and families.
The campaign emphasizes shared experiences, such as a child seeing a moose for the first time or grandparents watching bison across an open valley. According to co-founder Jeff Tibbitts, the goal is not just to show wildlife but to create lasting memories. 'We want families, older travelers, and first-time visitors to feel comfortable, curious, and included from the moment they step into the vehicle,' Tibbitts said.
Teton Expeditions traces its roots to the 1970s, when Jeff's father, David Tibbitts, established a guiding philosophy grounded in humility and respect for the land. Co-founder Evan Toal noted, 'We know what it looks like when this is done right. We built this company around that vision.'
Tours are intentionally paced, and guides are selected for their character and ability to connect with all ages. Many have backgrounds in natural history and outdoor leadership. The Greater Yellowstone ecosystem, home to grizzly bears, wolves, bison, and elk, provides a rich backdrop for conservation education. 'Every family that spends a day with one of our guides is a potential steward,' Tibbitts added.
