Space Dinosaurs has announced the successful migration of Black Forest Decor, Lone Star Western Decor, and Bella Coastal Decor to Shopify, according to a press release. The project, completed in approximately three months on time and on budget, consolidated and modernized the ecommerce infrastructure across the three brands, providing a scalable platform focused on performance optimization, conversion rate optimization, operational agility, and improved customer experiences.
The migration included full platform transition services from Space Dinosaurs, spanning frontend implementation, theme development, data migration, systems integration, and launch execution across all three storefronts. Key components included migration to Shopify, Horizon theme implementation, frontend modernization and UX optimization, custom multi-add-to-cart template development, product, customer, and order data migration, third-party integration support, mobile and performance optimization, SEO preservation and URL transition planning, and multi-site operational alignment and launch support.
