Scarefest Scream Park, a family-owned 50-acre Halloween park in Lenox Township, Michigan, is celebrating its 20th anniversary season. The Forest of Darkness is a haunted walk along the Salt River, through the woods alongside specters of death. The Terror Zone Maze is a thrilling dark maze packed with twists, strobes, 3D effects, and terror at every dead end.
Before the official October season, Scarefest is hosting two exclusive special event weekends catered toward adults 21 and older. Ghouls Night Out, scheduled for September 18 and 19 from 7 PM to 12 AM, offers a unique twist on "girls night out" with spooky fun and creative activities. Highlights include a "Sip & Shop" local artisan vendor show with wine tastings, mixology demonstrations, crafts, and Zumba. BBQ, Bourbon & Boos, taking place September 25 and 26 from 7 PM to 12 AM, features a live band, local bourbon and whiskey tastings, and barbecue food selections.
