REALM, the invitation-only luxury real estate network, has launched REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, to its entire membership. The new service provides each advisor with a personalized monthly report analyzing their specific market and client base, aiming to help them identify opportunities and act on them more quickly.
The launch addresses the growing difficulty for top advisors to track the rapid creation and relocation of wealth. As new fortunes emerge in technology hubs and capital crosses borders, advisors often lack the time to sift through vast amounts of data. REALM Intelligence aims to close this gap by delivering insights derived from a comprehensive dataset, analyzed by Scoop's AI, that no single brokerage could assemble.
Each report begins with a detailed analysis of the advisor's own market, including inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, and compares their performance with the rest of the network. It also flags aging listings and provides market conditions to monitor. The report then examines broader economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth market, such as liquidity events and corporate relocations, mapping them to the advisor's territory. When relevant, it connects advisors to other REALM members who may have knowledge of these companies or families, encouraging collaboration within the network.
Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, emphasized the importance of actionable intelligence: “The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards. It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”
Early reactions from members have been positive. Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida reportedly said, “This is exactly what’s happening in our market,” after reviewing their reports.
REALM Intelligence was developed in collaboration with Scoop, with a pilot group of REALM advisors reviewing each release and shaping the guidance. Brad Peters, CEO of Scoop, noted that the network's input was crucial: “REALM’s members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside. So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report. Within two months we went from a first draft to a monthly report written for each of hundreds of advisors, every one of them reflecting best practice the network itself defined. That is what makes it different from analytics that show up from a vendor and get ignored.”
REALM Intelligence is now available to all members. A second release, a wealth migration brief, will be launched in the coming weeks. This new service extends REALM's research capabilities from the network level to individual advisors, delivering the same rigorous analysis directly to them.
