The acquisition, announced June 11, 2026, combines two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and local communities.
Evergreen Roofing, founded in 1989 by Eugene native Curtis Large, has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service over more than three decades, growing into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon. The company will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform, which serves customers across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
