Powermax Minerals Launches 2026 Exploration at Cameron REE Project

Powermax Minerals Inc. (CSE: PMAX) (OTCQB: PWMXF) (FSE: T23) has commenced its 2026 exploration program at its wholly owned Cameron Rare Earth Element (REE) project near Revelstoke, British Columbia. The three-week campaign is designed to build on previous stream sediment, soil, and rock geochemical results through detailed geological mapping, prospecting, rock, soil, and stream sediment sampling, and targeted ground radiometric surveys. The company aims to refine and prioritize REE exploration targets for future trenching and drilling.

The program will integrate geological, geochemical, and radiometric data to better define previously identified REE anomaly corridors, constrain potential bedrock source areas, and improve understanding of pegmatite-hosted mineralization. Management noted that the project remains at an early stage and that geochemical or radiometric anomalies do not necessarily indicate the presence of economically recoverable mineralization. Results will be used to rank exploration targets and guide future work.

Powermax Minerals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing rare earth element projects. In addition to the Cameron REE Property, which comprises three mineral claims totaling approximately 2,984 hectares in British Columbia, the company holds an option to acquire the Atikokan REE Property in NW Ontario, the Pinard REE Property in Northern Ontario, and owns a 100% interest in the Ogden Bear Lodge Project in Crook County, Wyoming.
