The property, located at 1055 Holcombe Road, joins OneWall’s Sun Belt portfolio, which has added 15 communities since October as the firm expands its third-party management services across the Southeast.
Avondale Townhomes offers two- and three-bedroom townhome layouts ranging from approximately 1,054 to 1,261 square feet. The community features a swimming pool, playground, picnic areas, and recently refreshed interiors with granite countertops and updated appliances.
