North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE: NATO) (OTCQB: NATQ.F) (FSE: Y33) has provided additional information regarding its submission for drilling permits at the Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project near Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. The company, pursuant to its July 14, 2026 news release, is moving forward with plans to drill the northern portion of the Everett oxide body, targeting 25,000 meters of drilling over three years.
Key highlights include a compelling mineralogical characterization by Corem, which analyzed a composite metallurgical sample from 57 sites across the Everett oxide body. The analysis reported that approximately 99% of oxide minerals in the composite consist of high-quality hemo-ilmenite, characterized by very low magnesium, manganese, and aluminum impurities. This distinguishes Everett from the nearby Lac Tio Mine, which is the world's largest hard-rock ilmenite deposit.
The Everett Oxide Body is being drill-tested not only for its TiO2 content but also for its low Mg/Mn/Cr hemo-ilmenite, apatite as a potential phosphate coproduct, and vanadium, with potential scandium credits. The project represents a broader Fe-Ti-V-P critical-minerals opportunity than a conventional titanium orebody.
The company holds the 2,406-hectare Everett property under option from Romaine River Titanium Inc. Pending permits include a PAF (Permit for Forestry Activities) and an ATI (Permit for Work with Impact) for the drilling campaign. The drilling plan focuses on confirming historical diamond drilling from 1951 and 1968 in the northern area, totaling approximately 25,000 meters across 20 drill pads. Stage 1 will comprise 6,000 meters of widely spaced drilling to delineate the oxide body limits, while Stage 2 will involve success-contingent infill drilling to define a Mineral Resource Estimate.
The Corem composite sample had a weighted-average head grade of 37.0% Fe2O3, 17.4% TiO2, 0.18% V2O5, and 2.27% P2O5. The analysis confirmed that over 99% of the oxides are hemo-ilmenite. The Everett mineralization is hosted by an oxide-apatite-gabbronorite, with evidence of higher volatile contents such as phosphorus (apatite), and semi-massive hemo-ilmenite with significantly lower Mg, Mn, Cr, and Al than Lac Tio.

Our Stage 1 Program will define our technical program and follow-up drilling for the next 18 to 24 months.”
The Everett project is located within the Grenville Province of eastern Quebec, a region containing several major Proterozoic anorthosite-mangerite-charnockite-granite magmatic systems and associated deposits of iron, titanium, and phosphorus. The nearby Lac Tio deposit, operated by Rio Tinto, supplies approximately 19% of global titanium dioxide feedstock demand. Everett lies only 3 km from the Lac Tio Mine, but its distinct mineral assemblage offers a different value proposition.
The company is working with Elements08, a strategic metals excellence centre funded by the Government of Quebec, in collaboration with Corem and other partners. The metallurgical testing supports the company’s goal of advancing a domestic critical minerals processing supply chain.
