Nocera Acquires Controlling Interest in Taiwan Memory Distributor to Advance AI Infrastructure Strategy

Nocera, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCRA) announced it has acquired a 30% controlling interest in Taiwan-based QMAX Technology Co. Ltd. through a variable interest entity structure, issuing 300,000 restricted shares valued at approximately $408,000. QMAX is an authorized distribution channel for Micron/Crucial memory products, providing Nocera with established vendor authorizations, procurement capabilities and distribution relationships for DRAM modules, server memory and solid-state storage.

The company said the transaction supports its transformation into Nocera Holdings, a diversified technology-focused holding company targeting opportunities across artificial intelligence, AI infrastructure, data centers, robotics, biotech, blockchain and digital assets. QMAX generated approximately $1.36 million in fiscal 2025 revenue and provides an operating procurement and distribution platform serving customers across Taiwan's technology sector.
