City Pass, Inc. has announced significant upgrades to its New York CityPASS® program, introducing a fully flexible ticket format, adding two major attractions, and reducing prices. The changes, effective immediately, are designed to give travelers more control over their itineraries while maximizing savings on New York's top experiences.
The new New York CityPASS® ticket allows visitors to choose any five attractions from a curated list of ten premier New York experiences. Among the additions are Edge Observation Deck & Immersive Experience and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Edge, located at Hudson Yards, is the highest indoor and outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, suspended over 1,100 feet above Manhattan. It features a glass floor, angled glass walls, and new immersive installations including NYC's largest kaleidoscope and the Pulse infinity room. The Whitney Museum, in the Meatpacking District, is renowned for its collection of 20th- and 21st-century American art, with works by Edward Hopper, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Andy Warhol, plus expansive outdoor terraces overlooking the Hudson River.
Alongside these additions, CityPASS has lowered ticket prices. Adult pricing drops from $164 to $149, while child pricing decreases from $136 to $129. Advertised savings now reach as much as 51% off combined admission prices. "These updates give travelers more control over how they experience New York," said Megan Allen, president and CEO of City Pass, Inc. "By moving to a fully flexible format, adding new attractions and lowering the ticket price, New York CityPASS® tickets offer even greater value and make it easier than ever for visitors to build the New York experience that's right for them."
The full lineup now includes the Empire State Building Observation Deck, American Museum of Natural History, Top of the Rock® Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Statue of Liberty Grounds and Ellis Island Official Ferry, Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, Intrepid Museum, Guggenheim Museum, Edge Observation Deck & Immersive Experience, and Whitney Museum of American Art.
