Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA Launches $1,000 Scholarship for Students Supporting Victims of Negligence

CLEVELAND, OH — Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA, a personal injury law firm, has announced the creation of the Helping Victims Scholarship, a $1,000 award for students from any academic discipline who share the firm's dedication to supporting people harmed by negligence, recklessness, or malicious actions. The scholarship aims to invest in future professionals across fields such as social work, counseling, medicine, advocacy, and public policy who play a role in helping victims rebuild their lives.

In personal injury law, a victim is someone who has suffered physical or psychological harm due to another's wrongful conduct. The firm emphasizes that helping victims secure funds and resources for recovery is a calling, not just a profession. Attorney Howard D. Mishkind noted, "We take pride in shouldering our clients' legal burdens so they can focus on healing and getting back to the way their lives were before they suffered an unnecessary injury or loss."

The scholarship recognizes that the law is one of many disciplines serving victims. Attorney David A. Kulwicki stated, "The more people who are out in the world doing good to help victims in need, the better and more compassionate the world will be. We want to support the education of a goal-oriented student with a passion for helping others." For full eligibility requirements and application materials, interested students are encouraged to visit the scholarship page on the firm's website.

All application materials must be submitted by March 31, 2027, and the $1,000 scholarship winner will be announced in May 2027. Completed applications should be emailed to dkulwicki@mishkindlaw.com. Questions regarding the scholarship may also be directed to that address.

Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA handles cases including medical malpractice, birth injuries, brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death. The firm's team takes pride in handling clients' legal burdens with compassion and tenacity, allowing clients to focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.
