Medios AG, a leading specialty pharmaceutical provider in Europe, announced the appointment of Katrin Neuffer as Director of Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, 49, brings over two decades of experience in capital markets communications, having previously held senior roles at Wacker Neuson SE and Exyte Group. She will oversee the company's interactions with investors, analysts, and the media, succeeding Claudia Nickolaus, who has been instrumental in shaping Medios' investor relations since its inception.
Neuffer's career highlights include leading investor relations and corporate communications at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson from its IPO through its establishment as a consistently attractive investment. She also headed a 20-member international team at Exyte Group, preparing for an IPO with a targeted market capitalization of over EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has been advising publicly listed companies on investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis communications.
Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, expressed confidence in Neuffer's abilities: "With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media." He also thanked Claudia Nickolaus for her years of dedication and professionalism in shaping Medios' capital markets communications.
The appointment comes as Medios prepares for key events in the 2026 financial year, including the Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in September, the Capital Markets Day on September 28/29, and the Quarterly Statement on November 10. Neuffer's expertise will be crucial in these engagements, particularly as the company seeks to enhance its visibility among investors and analysts.
Medios AG is Germany's first listed specialty pharmaceutical company, with shares listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard and included in the SDAX selection index.
