Davis, a former insurance defense attorney, brings a perspective that is rare among plaintiff’s lawyers: he understands how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and approach claims from the inside. Before switching to represent injured individuals and families, Davis spent years defending insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and negligent security. That experience allows him to anticipate defense tactics and build stronger cases for plaintiffs. His decision to join Loughlin Law signals a continued commitment by the firm to provide top-tier representation to clients throughout Florida.
Davis also brings substantial courtroom experience. In 2022, he founded Davis Trial Law, a boutique Florida firm focused on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business and insurance disputes. His practice there emphasized individualized attention and dedicated representation for clients facing complex legal challenges. Now, as part of Loughlin Law, he will help expand the firm’s ability to handle a wide range of personal injury matters.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Warrington College of Business, with minors in History and Leadership. He later received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served on the executive board of Moot Court and was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers, recognizing his skills in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Davis has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2012 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His professional involvement includes leadership roles with the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court and the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, as well as memberships in the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association.
