LifeQuest World Corp. Reports Accelerating Commercial Momentum and Pending Acquisition

LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC) provided a shareholder update on March 19, 2026, highlighting significant commercial progress across its BioPipe Global subsidiary and the pending acquisition of an environmental services company. The company reported three new purchase orders for BioPipe decentralized sewage and wastewater treatment systems in the Philippines, representing a total of 20 cubic meters per day of capacity. The orders include a 5 m³/day system for an EV distributor showroom, a 5 m³/day system for a major international hotel brand, and a 10 m³/day system for a national gas station network. Management views the gas station order as particularly significant, as it could lead to a national-scale rollout across more than 1,000 locations.

In Europe, BioPipe units have been delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These installations mark an important milestone for BioPipe's entry into the European market. Additionally, the BioPipe unit for a major European embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured and is awaiting logistics, serving as a high-profile reference deployment in Africa. The company's bid and proposal pipeline continues to grow across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, reflecting increasing global recognition of its modular approach to wastewater treatment.

LifeQuest also confirmed that the acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company is on track to close in April 2026. The target company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025, with recurring revenue of $350,000. The acquisition includes a Power Knot biodigester rental program, for which the target has engaged Oberon Securities to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing. This rental model is expected to generate predictable, recurring revenue from institutional clients such as hospitals and hotels.

Management believes the combined platform of BioPipe's global wastewater solutions and the target's solid waste management capabilities positions LifeQuest for substantial growth. The company expects to leverage the target's operational platform and customer relationships to pursue organic growth and further acquisitions. While acknowledging risks such as geopolitical instability and project timing variability, LifeQuest remains optimistic about its value creation potential for shareholders.
