LataMed AI Corp. (OTC: LMED), a healthcare technology company specializing in digital health and artificial intelligence solutions for Latin America, announced today that its Venezuelan subsidiary, LATAMEDAI VE, has entered into an agreement with DROGUERIAS LALA C.A. to develop artificial intelligence-supported and automated software tools for pharmaceutical and laboratory operations. The collaboration aims to design, develop, test, and evaluate customized technology to support workflows in pharmaceutical research, laboratory testing, quality control, documentation, operational coordination, and data analysis.

The proposed technology is expected to include software tools that organize and analyze information generated during pharmaceutical development and laboratory activities.
