Lahontan Gold Corp. Appoints Two Independent Directors to Board as Santa Fe Mine Advances

Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSX.V: LG) (OTCQB: LGCXF) has announced the appointment of Antony Rowe and Miranda Werstiuk as independent directors to its board of directors. The appointments come as the company advances its business strategy and progresses the Santa Fe Mine project toward gold and silver production. In conjunction with these changes, Josh Serfass and Max Pluss have stepped down from the board.

The leadership update is a strategic move as Lahontan transitions from a mine developer to a mine builder. The company noted that the refreshed board brings experience in mine development and mining finance, which will be instrumental in guiding the Santa Fe Mine project forward. Antony Rowe and Miranda Werstiuk join the board at a critical juncture, as the company prepares to update the Santa Fe Preliminary Economic Assessment and drill test its satellite West Santa Fe project during 2025.
