HKTDC and Hactl Collaboration Brings Hong Kong Designers to Paris Fashion Week

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will stage the Fashion Hong Kong professional showroom in Paris this month, marking its first collaboration with Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) as a strategic partner. The initiative, held during Paris Men's Fashion Week from 24 to 28 June, aims to bring Hong Kong fashion designer brands to Paris to showcase their Spring/Summer 2027 collections and expand their international footprint.

The showroom will be located at 4 Rue de la Paix in the city's renowned fashion district. Exhibiting brands include popular local labels MARCCH and MATTER MATTERS, which will debut collaborative pieces created with acclaimed Paris-based artist Yaz Bukey, highlighting the fusion of Hong Kong design with European creativity. Other participating brands include Kinks Lab, Pabe Pabe, and PLOTZ.

A networking reception on 27 June is expected to attract around 200 industry professionals, media representatives, and buyers, offering opportunities for Hong Kong brands to connect with the international fashion community and explore business collaborations. The event underscores Hong Kong's unique strength in integrating creative industries with professional services.

This cross-sector collaboration between HKTDC and Hactl combines HKTDC's international promotional platform with Hactl's expertise in cargo operations and logistics management. Amid a growing global emphasis on speed, connectivity, and sustainability in the fashion industry, the partnership highlights Hong Kong's innovative approach to integrating creativity, commerce, and professional services.
