The system, produced using a slower, precision-controlled manufacturing process, aims to deliver strong performance with improved durability and long-term value.
Central to the design is an integrated friction layer that accommodates more aggressive brake pad compounds while extending disc life. According to the company, the system offers improved cold bite for enhanced braking in low temperatures, a higher friction coefficient for stronger stopping power, an easier bed-in process, expanded pad compatibility, increased durability, low dust and noise, and weight savings.

The manufacturing process minimizes impurities and promotes uniform silicon infiltration, resulting in a higher-grade silicon carbide structure that contributes to greater consistency, strength, and reliability under demanding conditions. The system has completed third-party testing through PFC, an independent brake manufacturer, with after-market and OEM-level evaluations confirming its performance and durability.
The Hinz Carbon Ceramic Brake System is built for performance street, track, and race applications and is compatible with high-end platforms including Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, Audi, Lamborghini, BMW, and other performance vehicles. It suits enthusiasts looking to preserve factory carbon ceramic setups for resale, manage brake dust and noise, or run a single pad configuration for both street and track use.
