The Supervisory Board of FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft has appointed Yannick Moyles-Johnson as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, implementing a previously announced long-term succession plan for the finance division. Moyles-Johnson will assume his position no later than November 1, 2026, succeeding Henrik Christiansen, who served as interim CFO since November 2025 and as a Management Board member since February 2026. Christiansen will remain available to ensure a smooth transition.
Moyles-Johnson, 41, holds a master’s degree in business administration (M.Sc. in Business Administration/MBA) and brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience in technology-oriented industrial companies. Most recently, he served as CFO and Commercial Managing Director of ProMik Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. His previous roles include leadership positions at Brockhaus Technologies AG, VIA Optronics AG, and the Brose Group. His expertise spans managing international research and production sites, optimizing financial and business processes, and implementing transformation and efficiency programs.
