Financial Leaders Convene in Chicago to Address Women's Leadership and Wealth Gaps

The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) will host its 2026 Women's Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24-25 at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, gathering over 200 women leaders, financial professionals, and corporate executives to address persistent gaps in leadership, wealth, and workforce inclusion within the financial services industry.

Under the theme "Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness," the conference arrives as the financial sector contends with significant workforce and talent pipeline challenges. The event aims to equip women with strategies for career advancement and wealth building while helping organizations develop more inclusive leadership pipelines.

Featured speakers include Quad-A CEO Sheena L. Gray; Minda Harts, bestselling author and workplace communication expert; Kelly Keith, CFP®, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management; and Nicole James Gilchrist, Vice President at Thrivent. Industry partners such as J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors, RBC Wealth Management, Ameriprise Financial, Edward Jones, Invesco, and Morgan Stanley are supporting the event.

"We cannot close the wealth gap if the people most impacted by it are absent from the rooms where financial decisions are being made," said Sheena Gray. "The WIIN Conference is designed to equip women with the relationships, strategies, and opportunities necessary to thrive professionally while helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive leadership pipelines."

The conference will explore leadership development, wealth-building strategies, workplace culture, career growth, wellness, and the future of women in financial services. As firms strive to attract and retain top talent, WIIN serves as a national platform for dialogue and actionable solutions supporting long-term workforce development and economic empowerment.

Quad-A, a national organization focused on increasing representation in financial services, works through advocacy, leadership development, education, and partnerships to strengthen the pipeline of financial professionals and expand access to trusted guidance.
