To be eligible, students must be residents of South Carolina or North Carolina, complete the application form, and submit a minimum 1,000-word essay on the issue of drunk driving among young adults. The law firm is seeking thoughtful, well-researched ideas that offer fresh perspectives on the dangers of drinking and driving.
