Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) announced a strong start to 2026, driven by its Terreplenish® organic microbial solution as global nitrogen shortages intensify. The company reported momentum from successful deployments in Africa and Central America during the fourth quarter of 2025, with multiple key deployments scheduled and new trials underway. The nitrogen crisis, exacerbated by Middle East turmoil and rising regulatory pressures on chemical fertilizers, has positioned EZES to meet farmer needs with competitive pricing and production capabilities.
CEO Mark Gaalswyk stated, 'With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen…and escalating prices…we are prepared to meet farmer’s needs.' The company’s production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida provide year-round access to food waste used in Terreplenish, a certified organic microbial solution with live active microbes. Additionally, Easy FEN™ units are being produced at the Mankato, MN factory, with the first unit deploying to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish per year using local organic waste, reducing costs and improving soil fertility and crop resilience.
EZES is conducting crop trials across three continents, including Africa (Ghana, Egypt, Congo), Central America (Panama), and North America (Mexico, Florida). Results show substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties. Upcoming trials will test corn, wheat, fruits, and garden vegetables. The company also continues ash tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, aiming to treat over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring.
To expand market reach, EZES has initiated an aggressive campaign through trade shows and distributor partnerships. The company was named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution and attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with over 800 retail outlets. Paired with its Amazon launch, this introduces Terreplenish to consumers on a mass scale. At the Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, the company met with over 2,000 golf course directors worldwide. As a long-time partner with the U.S. Composting Council, EZES participated in its annual conference, engaging with over 1,000 attendees seeking waste remediation and compost enhancement solutions. The company also gained exposure at the World Ag Expo in California, attended by over 100,000 people from 70 countries.
Director of Business Development Bill Bliler emphasized the value of personal interaction: 'The opportunity to meet, field questions, demonstrate, and understand the needs of our customers is immeasurable.' EZES also announced the termination of a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after a comprehensive review, instead developing an OEM supplier relationship. The company stated this decision reinforces its confidence in its current strategy and long-term goals.
