Datavault AI to List RWA Token Programs on Perpetuals Exchange Platform, Opening Commodity Trading to Broader Investors

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT), a provider of data monetization and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization technologies, announced it has entered into a Mutual Services Agreement and Statement of Work with Perpetuals.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: PDC) to list Datavault AI RWA token programs on the Perpetuals exchange platform. The agreement targets trading on regulated venues including PM MTF Ltd., an EU-licensed Multilateral Trading Facility regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

The collaboration initially covers the MTB Copper project, with provisions for future expansion to additional commodity programs spanning gold, copper, geothermal energy infrastructure, U.S. strategic minerals, and European iron-nickel resources. According to the company, three programs carry confirmed combined targeted issuance of more than $328 million, while the broader portfolio includes GoldVault, Coppercoin, Triton Geothermal, and the American Strategic Minerals Digital Asset Program. Implementation is expected in phases beginning with MTB Copper.

Datavault AI stated that the agreement provides a regulated trading venue for tokenized physical commodity assets that have historically been accessible mainly to institutional commodity traders, large-scale investors, and those with access to specialized futures markets. By leveraging blockchain technology and regulatory compliance, the initiative aims to broaden participation in commodity investing. The company highlighted that tokenization can lower barriers to entry, enhance liquidity, and improve transparency in asset ownership.

“This partnership marks a significant step in bridging traditional commodities with digital finance,” said a company spokesperson. “By listing our RWA programs on a regulated exchange, we are opening up opportunities for a wider range of investors to gain exposure to physical assets like copper and gold through a secure and compliant platform.”

Datavault AI is known for its cloud-based platform that integrates AI-driven data experiences and asset valuation within the Web 3.0 environment. Its Acoustic Sciences division features patented technologies for spatial audio, while the Data Science division focuses on experiential data perception and monetization. The company’s Information Data Exchange enables digital twins and secure anchoring of name, image, and likeness to immutable metadata.

The announcement underscores a growing trend of tokenizing real-world assets to enhance market accessibility and efficiency. As regulatory frameworks evolve, the partnership between Datavault AI and Perpetuals.com Ltd. could serve as a model for future commodity tokenization initiatives.
