(HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The LOI follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the parties and reflects a shared intent to combine CiTech's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in several areas, including production and assembly, technology transfer, and strategic market expansion. HCP is expected to become a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. The partnership will facilitate the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support. Additionally, leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships, the companies aim to pursue government and defence contracts.
The LOI outlines an initial roadmap with planned milestones. In March 2026, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, is scheduled to visit HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalize commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. By May 2026, the first Nexus 20 prototype unit is expected to be delivered to HCP's Poznań facility for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders.
