Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) provided an update on the production and sales of its Nexus 20 autonomous communications platform, highlighting progress across five units and growing commercial interest. Nexus 1, designated Green, is in its final assembly stage before shipment to Poland for demonstrations across the European Union, including with the Polish Military in collaboration with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ). The unit will be displayed at the MSPO defense exhibition in Poland from September 8 to 11 alongside Team Defence Australia. CEO Brenton Scott emphasized the significance, stating, "Having the Nexus 20 on display at a defence exhibition in the EU is a significant advancement in our push into the EU. For the first time, the Nexus 20 will be able to be seen, fully operational, at one of the largest defence exhibitions globally."
Nexus 2 (Yellow) is undergoing final fit out for delivery to Critical Metals Corp's Tanbreez Project in southern Greenland, supporting mining operations. The remaining three units—Nexus 3, 4, and 5—have completed fabrication and are being painted and assembled. Nexus 3 will be partially fitted at CiTech's facility before shipment to Canada under a joint venture with Juno Industries Inc., where it will be used for demonstrations to government, military, and mining clients. Nexus 4 and 5 will be shipped to Perth, Western Australia, for immediate availability against existing requests for quote (RFQs).
The company has received RFQs for six Nexus 20 units, representing potential revenue of $8.4 million. To meet anticipated demand, CiTech issued a purchase order to steel fabricator K999 for two additional units. Scott noted, "The continued progress of the Nexus production program highlights the scalability of our platform and the global demand for rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions."
The Nexus 20 is a self-deploying platform designed for rapid deployment of telecommunications, counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and radio equipment. Its patented technology addresses limitations in tower strength and deployment speed, serving sectors including mining, defense, border security, and emergency services.
This production update follows the company's commercialization phase after research and development.
