Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CiTech) has provided an update to its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The update follows a visit by CiTech CEO Brenton Scott to HCP headquarters in Poznan between May 20-24, 2026, where discussions advanced on commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype has now been dispatched to HCP's facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026 for technical evaluation and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
The LOI outlines a roadmap for collaboration, including production and assembly of Nexus 20 platforms at HCP's facilities, technology transfer for local maintenance and support, and strategic market expansion leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships. The Nexus 20 platform provides autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and security operations. By combining CiTech's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities, the partnership aims to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients, addressing the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
