Carosella & Associates Expands Family Law Practice with Addition of Experienced Attorney Tina M. Weber

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 6, 2026 — Carosella & Associates, P.C., a prominent law firm serving Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities, has announced the expansion of its Family Law practice with the addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq. With more than two decades of legal experience, Weber brings a depth of knowledge that enhances the firm's ability to address the complex needs of individuals and families across the state.

The addition of Weber reflects Carosella & Associates' ongoing dedication to providing strategic legal representation in areas such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, protection from abuse matters, adoptions, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her extensive courtroom experience and client-centered approach align with the firm's commitment to delivering practical legal solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York, Weber began her legal career as a Philadelphia trial attorney handling personal injury litigation before establishing her own law firm in 2001. Over the years, she has developed a broad practice encompassing family law, civil litigation, contracts, and labor law, providing her with a comprehensive perspective when representing clients through complex domestic matters. She currently serves as a parent attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, where she advocates for the reunification of parents and children whenever appropriate.

Throughout her career, Weber has earned recognition for handling challenging and high-profile legal matters. She has advocated for victims of child sexual abuse while coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Massachusetts, contributed testimony supporting New York's 2019 Child Victims Act before the state's Codes Committee, and successfully represented mothers wrongfully accused of Munchausen by proxy, helping reunite families. In addition, she has served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for NITA and PEG, presenting programs on evidence, trial advocacy, and related legal topics for attorneys.

“Welcoming Tina Weber to our firm represents an important investment in the continued growth of our Family Law practice,” said Vincent Carosella Jr., Senior Partner at Carosella & Associates, P.C. “Her extensive litigation background, commitment to client advocacy, and decades of experience handling sensitive family law matters strengthen our ability to provide thoughtful, strategic representation for individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania.”

Carosella & Associates approaches family law matters with the understanding that legal issues often intersect with financial, business, real estate, and estate planning considerations. The firm's multidisciplinary capabilities allow attorneys to develop comprehensive legal strategies that address clients' immediate concerns while supporting their long-term goals.

Weber is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate education at the State University of New York and her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School of Widener University.

As family law matters often involve significant personal and financial decisions, early legal guidance can help individuals better understand their options and develop an effective strategy. With the addition of Weber, Carosella & Associates continues to strengthen its ability to provide responsive, compassionate, and strategic representation to clients throughout West Chester, Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

For more than 25 years, the skilled team at Carosella & Associates has provided top-quality legal representation across numerous areas of law, including estate planning, business succession planning, commercial and residential real estate, zoning, contracts, bankruptcy, immigration, divorce, and criminal law.
