Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is set to reopen its Colorado Springs location at 5856 Barnes Rd. on September 15, now under corporate ownership. The move marks a fresh start for the popular sandwich chain in the area and is the first step in a wider brand revitalization effort that will also include the Cheyenne Road location.
The 1,433-square-foot Barnes Road restaurant will once again serve Capriotti's full menu of premium subs, including The Bobbie®, which was voted "Greatest Sandwich in America," and the award-winning cheesesteaks. The reopening is backed directly by corporate management, which promises a renewed commitment to operational excellence, top-tier customer service, and the high-quality food that local fans have missed.

A live radio remote from 2 to 4 p.m. will feature a free-subs-for-a-year giveaway, followed by swag bag giveaways from 5 to 8 p.m.

Regular hours for the Barnes Road location will be Sunday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant offers dine-in, pickup, and delivery options, as well as catering services for group events.
