Canela.TV Launches Canela Verano Summer Programming Lineup with New Originals and Rewards

Canela.TV announced the launch of Canela Verano, a seasonal programming event on its free streaming platform, featuring original series, telenovelas, music shows, and family-friendly content, along with a rewards program for registered users in the United States. The announcement, made on July 2, 2026, highlights the platform's effort to engage multicultural audiences with a mix of Spanish and English-language programming.

Among the new offerings is the original reality series Secretos de Parejas, filmed in Bali, Indonesia, following four celebrity couples. The series is part of Canela.TV's strategy to produce original content that appeals to its Latino audience. Additionally, the platform will stream the telenovela Cautiva por Amor starring Litzy and Osvaldo de León, and the Turkish drama Safir, set in Cappadocia. Music programming includes Lo Que Suena, a video podcast discussing Latin music trends, and special episodes of Café con Canela featuring a summer edition filmed in New York City.

Canela.TV is also expanding its English-language library with curated collections of coming-of-age, romance, and action films, as well as AI-themed titles like Neo and Dragon Hunter. For younger viewers, Canela Kids offers shows such as Bajo Terra and Captain Tsubasa. The platform's rewards program, Club Canela, allows registered users in the U.S. to earn points by watching content and redeem them for sweepstakes entries to win prizes like speakers and grills starting July 10.

The summer lineup also includes classic Mexican cinema from the Golden Age, such as Amor se dice Cantando and Allá en el Rancho Grande, alongside Turkish and Brazilian series. Canela.TV's parent company, Canela Media, describes the platform as a leading destination for free Latino entertainment, available across major streaming devices.
