BLAQclouds, Inc. (OTC: BCDS) today announced the expanded launch of the ApolloNFT Marketplace, a next-generation NFT platform accessible at ApolloNFT.io, alongside the upcoming V2 release of theAlley SocialFi platform, scheduled for March 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time. The announcements signal the company's strategy to unify digital content creation, social engagement, and financial services within a blockchain-enabled ecosystem.
The ApolloNFT Marketplace is designed to empower artists, musicians, filmmakers, directors, and digital creators by providing tools to mint NFTs, create collections, launch catalogs, curate playlists, import fan communities, and connect with audiences. Unlike traditional NFT marketplaces focused on collectible assets, ApolloNFT.io serves as a complete content ecosystem, enabling creators to organize media libraries, structure catalogs, and build audience relationships. This approach transforms NFTs from ownership tokens into infrastructure for media distribution and fan engagement, according to the company.
theAlley V2, BLAQclouds' SocialFi platform, bridges social networking, digital commerce, and on-chain assets. It connects users with friends, fans, and consumers through features such as User Feeds, Friends, Groups, Chat, NFTs, Store, Notifications, Wallet, and User Settings. The platform incorporates advanced Web3 wallet connectivity, allowing users to connect multiple blockchain wallets simultaneously, enabling interaction with digital assets across different wallets without consolidation. Additionally, users can import contacts from WhatsApp, Meta, X, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn into the Friends section, facilitating rapid connection of existing social networks. Group messaging and video functionality support up to 2,000 participants per video session, enabling large fan experiences and community events.
The company is onboarding over 1,000 independent artists with a combined social media following exceeding 650 million followers. The platform is also preparing to host multiple independent film projects and multi-series streaming events expected in 2026. “theAlley represents the next evolution of social platforms—where creators, fans, and commerce exist in a unified environment powered by blockchain infrastructure,” said Shannon Hill, CEO of BLAQclouds, in a statement.
Concurrently, BLAQclouds provided an update on ApolloCASH, its global digital remittance platform. During the development phase, ApolloCASH onboarded over 1,700,000 international users, many using Revolut as their primary remittance service, through a partnership with private banks in Geneva, Switzerland. The company has set a March 2026 usage target of 10% adoption from this base, representing approximately 170,000 projected transactions. With an average transfer amount of $380 and Tier 2 transaction fees of $29.95, the projected fee revenue exceeds $5,000,000 USD. “The early adoption we are seeing with ApolloCASH has been extremely encouraging,” Hill added. The simultaneous rollout of ApolloNFT, theAlley, and ApolloCASH reflects BLAQclouds' strategy of integrating social engagement, creator economies, and global financial infrastructure into a unified ecosystem.
