(OTC: AMFN) announced it has received a Certificate for Industrial Radiation Machines from the Texas Department of State Health Services, authorizing research and development activities involving its Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM) systems at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. The registration, effective through Feb. 28, 2034, permits the company to receive, possess, acquire, transfer and use registered industrial radiation machines for research and development under Texas radiation control regulations.
This authorization supports planned engineering, prototype testing and validation activities, and the company stated that no other known material regulatory approvals are required to conduct planned testing of its 5 MW Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM) at the approved research site. The registration marks a significant regulatory and operational milestone as American Fusion advances development of its Texatron(TM) platform.
The authorization covers 12 registered research systems ranging from 500 kW to 1 GW and establishes the regulatory framework for continued engineering refinement, prototype testing, calibration, diagnostic evaluation and technical validation.
